So very sorry to hear this news! My condolences to all of Charlie's family. I knew Charlie for many years, we often chatted while hanging out in the little neighborhood park on Park Place & South Ave. Back in the 70's we were all a part of a large group of neighborhood friends. Rest peacefully Charlie. Fly high with the angels.

It was a honor to be Charlie's friend & Union Rep. He was a keen observer. Charlie picked up on thinks I never noticed until he clued me in. Our world/life is diminished by our loss of Charlie. Rest in peace until we can tip a few again. Jeff Zabielski
