Condolence From:
Condolence: I was so sorry to read of Mario's death. My name is Joyce Kusserow and I had the please to work for him many years ago. I ran a paramedical firm and could pick and choose what clients I would see. I always found that his clients were well informed as to the product he was providing through John Hancock as he treated them with respect and they were fully informed as to what they were buying. The majority of the time I would see his clients myself and especially if he told me they "got nervous" when someone took their blood pressure, so I would see that client myself and I might of stayed a little longer than normal but after talking with the client and if the readings were still a little high, I would suggest followup with a doctor, chances were I would go back and do a recheck and the client was grateful that it was caught. Whenever this happened, Mario would be very concerned and he would call his client to make sure he saw a doctor. He cared about his clients and I respected him for his attitude, even if it meant that his client would be rated and then he would tell me that he was glad that it was caught, cause he would dislike losing the client due to death, especially the younger ones.
I always felt he was one of the "good guys" in a cut throat business and I respected him for his caring for his clients.

I know he will be missed but he will be waiting for his family. My prayers are with you today and I was so fortunate to have known him.

Joyce Kusserow

Condolence From: Horne Family
Condolence: My sincere condolences to your family for the loss of your loved one. God refers to death is our enemy ; 1 Corinthians 15:26 "And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing". God promises at Revelation 21:4, "He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.".
