Condolence: "A Deep Breath"
Close your eyes, you will see the beauty.
Touching lives,It is our profound duty.
Helping the weak, nourishing the poor,
Each person a precious diamond, not to be found on the shore.
Lend them your ear and listen to each.
Each person a learning vessel, trying to teach.
Seek out the treasures in individual beings,
Not judging what's before you, there is a lot where not seeing.
We should offer our hands to the man with no arms.
Replacing our self pity with love and charm.
Never criticizing or pointing out their imperfections.
Giving moments of your time not endless rejections.
Always remember the person before you,no matter their plight, has a lesson to teach about the importance of one's life.
It is irony that you held my hand and brought me to a better place and in the end I was able to hold your hand so you could do the same.Rest in peace❤We love you❤

Condolence: -I was so sorry to hear of Uncle Ernie's passing. I'll always remember that mischievous smile of his! I wish I could have seen him one more time since moving back up here, but that wasn't to be. He'll always be in my memory and in my heart...

Condolence: It is with a heavy heart and a sense of personal loss to learn of Ernie's passing. I always enjoyed our conversations over a cup of coffee. He was a kind and considerate man. Ernie was proud of his British ancestry. We would always remind each other, that when times got tough, remember the lyric from Pink Floyd's song "Time": Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way..."

You will be missed. Rest in peace my friend. God knows you have earned it.

Condolence: High Flight

Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of earth,
And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings;
Sunward I've climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth
Of sun-split clouds, --and done a hundred things
You have not dreamed of --Wheeled and soared and swung
High in the sunlit silence. Hov'ring there
I've chased the shouting wind along, and flung
My eager craft through footless halls of air...
Up, up the long, delirious, burning blue
I've topped the wind-swept heights with easy grace
Where never lark or even eagle flew --
And, while with silent lifting mind I've trod
The high untrespassed sanctity of space,
Put out my hand, and touched the face of God.
